A few weeks ago, in anticipation of all the work that goes along with moving into a new place, I purchased a power drill. Well, Internets, I'm totally useless when it comes to home improvements.To date, I've succeeded in drilling several holes in a wall, stripping a few screws, breaking a screw off in a wall and drilling more screws in a window frame. Were it not for my kind neighbor who insisted on helping me mount my wine racks, I would have nothing to show for my earnest attempts.
Sadly, however, I've still been unable to get my shades up, rendering sleeping in pretty much impossible.
