Yesterday, our admin told me that she'd be leaving our department next month. Apparently, while I was out of the office last week, our boss let her know that it "wasn't working out."This is the third admin that I've known in our department in the 11 months that I've been at this company. Does no one else find it suspicious that none of these women are able to make this position "work out"?
