Since my last job was posted on the internets, I've been receiving e-mails, facebook messages and LinkedIn messages asking me about the job. I've scheduled a few conversations, including a coffee date for earlier today, to let people know the good, bad and ugly about my last position.Even though I feel like it's a good job, I find it difficult to remain upbeat and positive when I'm excited about the new job around the corner. Obviously, I'm leaving for a reason, and I want to give people a realistic picture of what my job was like, but I wonder if I'm doing a disservice to my boss by meeting with these potential candidates.
At the end of the day, I guess it's not really my problem!
