The other night, while Selives and I were refusing to go to sleep, he pulled out his computer and started "chatting" with potental paramours online. He decided that he needed to make himself sound more appealing, so he may have suggested to one person that he was on the cusp of becoming an attorney. When asked to explain why he was up so late, Selives responded:
"This legal stuff keeps me up at night. One often ponders what his briefs contain."
Despite the fact that I told him his response made no sense, he pressed "send." And I went home. Is this love in the information age?
