I've known for a few weeks now that our department structure is changing. With a company leader leaving The Corporation in a few weeks, it was inevitable that a new structure come into existence.For weeks we've been ruminating and thinking about the different possibilities. Some potential changes were exciting. Others disastrous.
Well, today The Corporation announced our new structure and ... meh. It's not the end of the world, but I just cannot get excited about it either.
